If you occur you observe creative position photos, you will notice that they have a value standpoint deformation. This is because the camera used in taking such kind of photos use a different angle lens or one whose significant extent is moderately smaller than the focal length of a regular lenses for a given film plane. A fantastic series of high speed photographs entitled “Vessels and Blossoms” by Milwaukee-based artist Jack Long. They were all shot in a single exposure via colored liquids to mimic a combination of flowers, leaves and pot, at very short shutter speeds. “This series was a culmination of months of planning and testing. Hundreds of captures are made in testing and then many more during the actual final capture stage. A very few stand out as being the best”. No photo shopping, simply talent and a major dose of patience. Enjoy!
