December 5th, 2011 Farhan Mirror image photography is not as simple as some power envisage. It takes creativity and ability to together see the possibilities and then end up with a incredible photograph – mostly if your subject is great that’s not likely to maintain still and perform! Interestingly, in the mirror test – a determine of whether animals are able to recognize themselves in said reflective instrument – only a handful of species passed. These include gibbons, chimpanzees, orangutans, gorillas, bottle nose dolphins, killer whales, elephants and European magpies. Oh, and us humans.
