Hyundai has on the rampage the official information on its 2013 model year Accent, and there are a congregation of innovative normal features to speak of. Good thing, too, since the Accent’s base price has now been raised to $14,545 – an increase of $2,000 versus last year.The base GLS 6MT model now includes air conditioning, a six-speaker stereo with MP3 capability and iPod/USB auxiliary input jacks, body-colored power side mirrors, body-colored door handles and – wait for it – a holder for your sunglasses. What’s more, keyless entry is now standard across the board, as are heated side mirrors.All Accent models are powered by a direct-injected 1.6-liter inline-four, good for 138 horsepower and 123 pound-feet of torque. Six-speed transmissions are available across the board, in both automatic and row-your-own manual flavors.
