A good portrait reveals something about its subject beyond the immediate appearance of the photograph. It includes layers of meaning and depth that portray the person as a whole, not just the superficial initial impression. There wasn’t much (actually none) information I could gather of this Moscow based photographer, specially portrait shots, Lena Dunaeva. We’re already used to have impressive portraits photographers from Russia so it’s not a surprise.
